Cloudsky Airways flights will primarily be conducted online using the IVAO or VATSIM networks. All pilots must use FSAirlines as the airline’s official flight management, logging and reporting system.

PILOT REGULATIONS
Before joining Cloudsky
All pilots are expected to know and follow these rules.
Flight knowledge
Pilots must be familiar with VFR (Visual Flight Rules) and IFR (Instrument Flight Rules) flight procedures.
Minimum monthly activity
All pilots must complete at least four (4) flights per month, recorded through FSAirlines. This requirement is mandatory. Pilots who do not meet the minimum activity requirement may be removed from Cloudsky Airways. If a pilot cannot complete the required flights for a justified reason, they must inform the airline Staff in a timely manner through official contact channels.
Flight plan remarks (RMK)
All pilots must include the following identifier in the remarks (RMK) field of their flight plan: /IVAOVA/CKY
Use of flight callsigns
When flying on online simulation networks, all pilots must use the airline code CKY followed by the corresponding flight number. For example, flight number 236 uses CKY236. When an airline-assigned personal callsign applies, its assigned number must be respected; for example: CKY030.
Use of official aircraft
All pilots must operate aircraft available and authorized for their use in FSAirlines, in accordance with the official Cloudsky Airways fleet.
Conduct and respect
Pilots must behave politely and respectfully toward others, both within the airline and on flight simulation networks. Anyone who fails to comply with this rule may be immediately expelled from Cloudsky Airways.
Confidentiality and information sharing
Sharing website access codes, information, links, software, manuals or other materials provided internally by Cloudsky Airways with third parties is prohibited. Information or materials created by airline members may not be distributed without the author’s consent. Anyone who breaches this rule may be expelled from the airline.
Rank system and aircraft authorization
Cloudsky Airways has a rank system under which pilots may operate certain aircraft within FSAirlines. The minimum requirements for each rank can be found in the Ranks section of our website.
